Are these physical products?
No. The products sold through Resume Editions are digital downloads unless a product page expressly states otherwise.
How will I receive my files?
After the payment provider and store confirm a successful transaction, download access may appear on the order-confirmation page, in your customer account and in the order email.
Which editing software do I need?
Check the File Format and compatibility information on the individual product page before buying. A Microsoft Word file may not behave identically in another word processor.
Are all templates ATS-friendly?
No. Products marked ATS-Friendly use a comparatively simple structure intended to support parsing, but no template can be guaranteed to work identically with every employer system. Design-Focused products may be more appropriate for direct applications or presentation-led roles.
Can I share or resell the template?
No, unless the product licence expressly grants that right. A normal purchase is for the buyer’s personal career use and does not transfer copyright or resale rights.
Can a template guarantee an interview or job?
No. Employment outcomes depend on experience, content quality, role suitability, hiring decisions and many other factors outside the template design.
What happens when a payment is pending?
Download access is normally withheld until the store receives reliable confirmation that payment succeeded. Contact support with the order number when the status does not update after a reasonable period.
