To help us respond efficiently, include your order number, the email used at checkout and a clear description of the problem. Never send your full card details, banking password, one-time password or payment secret key.
Before contacting us
- Check your inbox and spam folder for the order email.
- Sign in to My Account and open Downloads if you created an account.
- Confirm that your payment was successful and not merely pending.
- Check that your device can open ZIP files and the advertised document format.
Support does not include writing a customer’s full resume unless a separate service has been purchased and expressly described.
