Products and descriptions
We aim to describe each digital product accurately, including the files, software compatibility and page sizes. Colours and appearance can vary between screens, printers and software versions.
Orders and payments
An order is not treated as successfully paid until the store receives reliable confirmation from the payment provider. We may cancel or review orders affected by fraud indicators, pricing errors, duplicate transactions or technical faults.
Digital delivery
Download access is normally provided after confirmed payment. Customers are responsible for using a valid email address, maintaining access to their account and ensuring their device can open the advertised file formats.
Licence and prohibited use
Products are licensed, not sold outright. You must comply with the Digital Product Licence and may not resell, redistribute or share editable source files unless a product expressly grants that right.
No employment guarantee
Templates and educational information do not guarantee interviews, employment, promotion, applicant-tracking performance or any specific result. Customers remain responsible for the accuracy and suitability of the content they submit to employers.
Third-party services
The site may depend on hosting, payment, email, analytics or other third-party services. Their availability and processing times may be outside our direct control.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Resume Editions is not responsible for indirect loss, lost opportunities or consequences arising from inaccurate customer content, misuse of files, unauthorised sharing or failure to follow an employer’s application instructions. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
