This policy applies to digital products purchased directly from Resume Editions.
Digital-product access
Because digital files can be copied once access is granted, completed digital purchases are generally not refundable merely because a customer changed their mind, no longer needs the product or did not review the software and format requirements before purchasing.
When we will review a request
Contact us when the wrong product was delivered, the advertised files are missing, a confirmed duplicate charge occurred, or a technical fault under our control prevents access and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable period.
Before requesting a refund
Email support@resumeeditions.com with the order number, checkout email and a clear description of the issue. We may ask for a screenshot that does not expose sensitive payment or identity information.
Non-qualifying circumstances
A refund will normally not be issued because of software incompatibility that was disclosed on the product page, inability to edit outside the advertised application, dissatisfaction with the buyer’s own written content, employment outcomes, or unauthorised sharing that led to download limits being reached.
Payment-provider timelines
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route where possible. The time taken to appear depends on the payment provider and financial institution.
Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer-protection rules.
